Management
I had a very pleasant time meeting the landlord. Aside from a good tour we had a good conversation and she just seemed friendly and down to earth.

Plenty of space, very likable landlord, artistic murals in parts of the building, fruit trees, and a little garden area in the back with a seating area and a little patch of plot specific to the unit. Not bad at all!
