We are a mid-sized complex, large enough to have great on-site professional management and maintenance, small enough that you know your neighbors and our team. We are proud of how long our residents have been with us and call El Sereno their home. We strive to make things convenient for our residents with things like online rent payment, mobile payment for laundry and keeping fees to a minimum. You can always reach us on-site at the office or by text or e-mail. Housing vouchers accepted. Utilities: Resident pays gas and electric. Landlord pays water, sewer and trash. If you have a housing voucher, Sec 8 will reduce your rent payment to cover gas and electric. If you use less, you save the difference.
