Any negative feedback could result in grounds for denial. 2. Credit Check - We may overlook student loans and medical items, but take all other slow or late payment history into consideration. Any items for past landlords or any utility company could result in grounds for denial. We may make an exception if we are provided a confirmed and current payment schedule. 3. Work History - We will confirm dates and job titles for your current and past employer. 4. Current Income - We will require confirmation of current employment, along with proof of income.
