Updated kitchen, new walk-in bathroom, new HVAC (Nest), hardwood floors, free in-unit laundry, CAT6 wired to every room (currently running fiber). Blaine School district. Make this your home if you want the best city experience with food, public transit, the lake, and much more nearby. Southern exposure provides excellent sunlight. Onsite landlord takes care of problems ASAP and pays for water. Backyard fire pit, chicken coop (vegetable scrap composting), basketball hoop. Unfortunately there is no extra storage or parking available, however the laundry room doubles as storage (for bicycles), office space, or a great yoga room! Please be advised we do not work with agents, just renters. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, and internet/cable, owner pays water. The lease is for 1 year, starting on the first of the month. We are flexible with earlier/later lease starts. Fees include: - Credit check: $50/person - if approved, applies to first month's rent. - Humans: One-time $400/person move-in fee. - Dogs: $250/dog. [We have small children, dog(s), and chickens on-site (chickens live inside their run and are not free-roaming)]. All dogs must be introduced to our family before lease can be signed. The house is 3 units and this is the first floor for rent. There are tenants in the other unit, and the owner lives upstairs with their family. Quiet hours are from 10p-7a, everyone is asked to respect the communal space we live in. This is not the house for raging parties, however it's ok to celebrate and we want people to feel at home where they live. This is a no-smoking property. Tenants are responsible for lightbulbs and their own utilities. Owner will replace smoke and CO2 detector batteries, and air furnace filters. Tenants are expected to maintain the apartment and regularly take out the recycling and trash and notify landlord if something is amiss.
