Early check-in and late checkout may be available for a cost of $50. A maximum of one pet is allowed at a cost of $20 per day. No aggressive dog breeds are allowed. Located in the Middle River Terrace neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale, FL, this area is nestled between downtown and Wilton Manors, offering proximity to many shops, bars, and restaurants. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 8:00. Smoking inside the house will incur an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Unauthorized guests beyond the home capacity may result in a $50 fine per unapproved guest. Unauthorized vehicles will incur an extra charge of $50 per vehicle. Street parking is not allowed, and there is parking available for one car on the left-hand side of the driveway. By booking this property, you agree to use the pool at your own risk, and anyone under the age of 18 should not use the pool without adult supervision.
