Well kept apartment buildings. Clean and secure.
Management
There seemed to be some confusion re: communication initially. The person we had an appointment with to show us the apartment was 40 minutes late and it seemed like he hadn't been informed. Once he got there, he was great--very informative and helpful.

Property
Relative to other properties we saw it was beautiful. Very clean with recent remodeling in the hallways. The tile flooring throughout is a little sterile looking but is an improvement over worn stinky carpet found in much is student housing.
Management
The person who showed us the apartment was 30minutes late but I think there was a communication snafu. Once he got there he was great; very thorough and didn't pressure us.
