The spacious finished basement is carpeted, offering plenty of room to spread out, and includes a separate room with a washer and dryer and a half bath. Pets are welcome, with the number of pets being negotiable. The cleaning fee is also negotiable and is based on the number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets. For stays beyond 30 days, there is a $500 monthly utility cap on water, sewer, electric, trash, and gas. Lawn maintenance is provided during the spring, summer, and fall. This older house is located in a wooded area, where it's common to see deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice. A thorough cleaning is done before each guest arrives, and all precautions are taken to ensure mice do not enter the house. In the rare event a mouse is seen inside, please alert us immediately.
