Apartment was fine- tenant just moved out so it’s understandable but a new cost of paint and some touch ups would be nice. Also the required information to apply is illegal and absurd. You do NOT need my bank account information, credit card REPORT, or access to see how much money I have in my account- all you need is a W2, pay stubs and my credit SCORE. All you need to know is that I can pay my rent not HOW much money I have. Mind ya business. Theresa (Douglas Elliman) was awesome though, highly recommend her as an agent! Barbara Gunn as well.
