Free Marguerite Stanford Shuttle travels between downtown Palo Alto, Stanford Campus, Stanford Shopping Center, and Stanford Hospital, which are very close to this unit. This near-campus move-in-ready housing for students is really outstanding! Two-bedroom one-bathroom second (top) floor newly and fully remodeled unit (856 sq. feet, see size on the floor plan) with richly refinished hardwood floors throughout. The unit is clean, safe, and private. Small, cozy, and friendly six-unit building. The condo is nicely, stunningly, and impeccably FURNISHED (as shown on the pictures) with fully equipped kitchen (including kitchen amenities). Granite counters in the kitchen, disposal. New stainless-steel appliances. Linen and towels provided. Double Pane/Storm windows with great insulation from cold or heat. Ceiling fans in each room. Portable Air Conditioner. The balcony and all windows face quiet area. Condo has two entrances. In-building FREE unlimited laundry (washer and dryer)! The fixed lease term is between 6 to 10 months (great for students or interns). Sublicensing (subleasing) is not permitted! The guest policy must be negotiated with the landlord. No pets. No smoking. Both joint tenants pay for electricity, gas/heating, and sewer. Landlord pays for water and garbage. If tenants need Internet, all responsibility about ordering, installation, payments, maintenance, and deactivation of this service (from Comcast or AT&T) lies with them. The monthly rent payment for the entire condo is $4000 (nonnegotiable), including covered carport for 2 cars. Plenty of on-street parking. Security deposit cannot be used as the last month rent. Security deposit is the same amount as the one-month rent ($4000), and it is due in full at the lease agreement signing. No application fees! The condominium is richly FURNISHED and rented out with the furniture as shown in the pictures! The furniture stays in the unit during the entire lease period.
