Total deposit will not exceed 1.5 times the gross rent. PARKING Each unit has one assigned parking space. Additional parking is currently being added, and once available, will be available for $35/month. Guest parking also will be available. Complex includes garages to rent for an additional $150/month. Residents are allowed to have a portable A/C device that vents through the window - but no A/C that sits on the window ledge is allowed.
