UTILITIES
Tenant will pay own electric, cable, and internet.
Tenant will pay $80/month for water and sewer and $30/month for trash service.
RENTERS INSURANCE
Proof of renter's insurance required prior to move-in and required to be maintained throughout tenancy.
PET POLICY
We are a pet friendly complex. Limit are two pets. All pets must show proof of registration with Multnomah County Animal Services. We do not allow puppies and breed restrictions do apply. A pet picture will be required with your application and proof of immunizations. Pets must be spayed or neutered. Pet rent is $40/month. Additional deposit is required. Total deposit will not exceed 1.5 times the gross rent.
PARKING
Each unit has one assigned parking space. Additional parking is currently being added, and once available, will be available for $35/month. Guest parking also will be available.
Complex includes garages to rent for an additional $150/month. Residents are allowed to have a portable A/C device that vents through the window - but no A/C that sits on the window ledge is allowed.
