Property
In pretty good condition. But some areas needed a little love - the outside of the main door was beat up. The kitchen door needed cleaning/polishing/painting. Some of the door locks were of cheap construction. The curtain on the kitchen door was off putting. The apartment is pretty small but the location is awesome. I met the owner. He was very friendly and seemed like he would be a good person to work with.
