The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a spacious master bathroom, while the second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. The living room features a comfortable sofa and a smart TV with free Netflix/Roku and basic local channels, along with high-speed internet. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and basic kitchenware for simple meals. A working space is available for those who like to work in style, and the home includes a washer and dryer for long-term guests. Extra bedding sheets for air mattresses and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee. Small pets under 25 lbs may be approved with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed.
