Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. An early arrival or late check-out can be arranged for an additional fee if the home does not have another guest's departure or arrival scheduled. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in or near the property, with a minimum fine of $500 for violations. Pets are not permitted, and a charge of $450 will apply if a pet is discovered in the home. Guests must adhere to all community and Homeowner Association rules, including parking regulations and noise restrictions. Failure to comply with any terms may result in eviction without refund. The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property for the entire term of stay booked for the reservation.
