It's waiting for you with all linens, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, full kitchen (including a dishwasher!), 40" flat-screen Smart-TV, 3 state-of-the-art high-wall A/C units (each with their own remote-control). 1st BR = Queen bed, 2nd BR = bunk-beds (at the opposite end of the unit). Not handicap equipped; multiple stairs at both entrances (see pics). A quick 10-mile drive takes you to quaint downtown Venice's shopping restaurants and sandy beaches. Numerous eateries & groceries etc along this route too. World-famous Siesta Key beach is just 16 more miles further north. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED, and WiFi, multiple streamed subscription channels (via 40" Smart TV). Security Deposit req'd. Rate varies by season. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. The resort requires/conducts a background check for stays beyond 1-month. Rental is just being returned to market because power has been restored since hurricane.
