First month rent and 1 month rent security deposit required to move in. Proof of income and background check required. No pets. No smoking building. Tenant pays electric, electric heat and electric hot water. Sewer fee $47/month. Landlord provides cold water and trash. Coin operated laundry on site. Off street parking for 1 car per apartment. Rent payments via ACH bank transfer. 1 year lease. Tenant pays electric, electric hot water, electric heat. -Smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, vaping, etc) is prohibited in the building. -No grill and/or barbecue of any size or kind shall be located on or about the property, nor shall the same be in use at any time during the lease term. -The fire escape stairways are for emergency use only and not to be used for regular entry and exit. -We plow the lot but tenants are responsible for snow removal around their personal vehicles. -Tenants with exterior entrances are responsible for snow removal, ice control, and salting at their immediate entrance areas. -Tenants will keep areas around their interior entrances clean and free of possessions and debris. -Noise will be kept to a level to not disturb other tenants.
