    Two-bedroom, one-bath apartment for rent near Hamilton Park. It's a 10-minute walk to the Grove Street PATH train or Newport Mall/PATH. **Storage Space There are two large closets for clothing (no exaggeration), crawl space storage that is equivalent to a small attic, and a standard-size shed on the very spacious deck. Additionally, there is a linen closet and a coat closet. **Bedrooms One bedroom is long and bright, featuring two windows, and comfortably accommodated our queen-size bed and a nursery. The second bedroom is very spacious and was used as a living space/playroom. **Kitchen The full kitchen offers ample counter space, storage, and a breakfast bar. An exhaust fan above the stove vents to the outside, which is a significant advantage for cooking. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and all appliances. **Deck The door leading to the deck has a doggie door installed, making the apartment suitable for a small dog or cat. The deck also features string lights and a built-in bar for entertaining. The string lights have an on switch located inside the house, and we installed an exterior electric outlet behind the bar, along with a spigot for easy cleaning and watering plants. **Laundry A washer and dryer are located in the coat closet, which greatly enhances convenience. **Additional Features The apartment boasts beautiful hardwood floors, and a pallet wall with shelving that is ideal for creating a mini office space, especially for those working from home. The bedroom includes a wooden modular headboard that divides the space and creates a pseudo walk-in closet (this can be removed and stored upon request). The move-in date is in June, and one month's security deposit is required, which will be returned in full upon moving out. We have put a lot of love into this space and hope to find someone who will enjoy it as much as we have.
