Pets are welcome for an additional fee, and we provide both professional photos and real-time images from our cleaning team, so you know exactly what to expect. Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad, leading into the living room with a full-size sofa bed, two armchairs, and a SmartTV. The dining room and fully equipped kitchen are to the right of the living room, featuring a beautiful farm table with seating for 8. The home has a split-bedroom layout, with the master bedroom on the far right side, just off the dining room, featuring a king bed, a SmartTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The additional three bedrooms and bathroom are in the hall on the left side of the living room. The first bedroom has a queen bed, and the other two have two full-size beds. The second full bathroom is shared between these bedrooms and has a shower/tub combination. Out back, a charcoal grill and picnic table are available. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. The home is in the Midtown/Historic District area within walking distance of dining options and coffee shops. Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged. The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in, offering contact-free check-in. You will have full and private access to the home. Guests must be 21 years of age to book. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
