     Property

Sub-par craftsmanship is the theme of this building. Laminate flooring was installed incorrectly, gaps between floorboards throughout the apartments, noticable high and low spots. One of the units absolutely stank of cigarettes. One had a broken exterior window covered by plastic and duct tape. Save your time and skip this disaster.
