The renovation includes: Central Air, new windows, new stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, garbage disposal, built in microwave and new stove), granite counter top, new cabinets, new sink, new kitchen and bathroom floor, and new tile and vanities. We also painted the entire apartment and public corridor.
can refinish the bathtub top to make it brand new, as long as new tenants request. We plan to install in-unit washer and dryer.
