Property
I viewed 3 apartments in this fourplex and they were ALL in pretty rough shape...mold on one of the ceilings (upstairs apartment), peeling paint from what appeared to be a leak in the lower apartment. I was shocked that the property management company would show these apartments in this condition They were also all 3 advertised to have washer/dryer in unit and only 1 actually did. I was very disappointed in this experience.
