The resort is conveniently located near restaurants, pharmacies, and essential shopping, with Orlando International Airport just 25 miles away.
The walking bridge at Terra Verde Resort will be closed periodically due to essential repairs. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited and risk a fine of $150. Late check-outs will result in a fine of $150 per hour. Large messes will incur an additional cleaning fee. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited. Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the pool deck and in the outdoor lounge areas.
The townhouse is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, making it remote work-friendly. A laptop computer is not included.
