    Manager was on time and friendly. No aggressive selling tactics or pressure to apply.

    Good neighborhood, smaller apartment building. Close to bus lines. Decent access for offstreet parking. Hardwood floors in fair condition. Kitchen and bathroom are a little dated, but apartment is fairly good sized. I have some concerns about the competency of this company’s maintenance staff. Cut a sizeable hole in the tub surround to replace the shower faucet, and only partially patched it with a piece of drywall and no mud. Not sure how they’re planning to finish the repair and waterproof it, but the property manager seemed bewildered by it as well.
