No pets allowed. *The apartment has been renovated, and completely painted. Stainless steel appliances, no carpet, original hardwood floors! Central heat and AC. In-unit LG full size washer/dryer. *Electric runs between $40-100/month depending on how you use it. Gas is only for the stove, $5-$10/month. * Additionally to the available off-street parking space, there is always plenty of street parking available. *Bus stops one block away, one block to a bike share dock, less than ten min walk to H street where you can jump on the FREE trolley to Union Station, or a 20 min walk to Noma/Gallaudet metro. Lots of transportation options! Great neighborhood that is walking distance to H street bars and restaurants, Ivy City with a Target, breweries, wineries, Union Market, and you have a coffee and ice cream shop on the corner! Be close enough to the action, but far enough away that it's quiet enough that you can still sleep at night, you get a little bit more space, and your rent is still affordable. The cross streets are Simms Pl and Montello Ave NE. *Application process and paying rent is all done electronically through Zelle and Docusign. One month security deposit is required. Must have good credit and full employment or be a student. Landlords know English, Spanish, ASL and German. We take good care of tenants and repairs are made quickly. Credit/background/eviction check will be done and the application fee is $75/person. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash, and internet. No smoking/vaping allowed. One year lease option, no pets permitted.
