ABOUT THIS APARTMENT:
This two bedroom/two bath apartment faces the back of the building over the city. As such, it is relatively quiet with minimal light pollution at night. The operable Steelcase windows get direct sun in the afternoon.
Included in the monthly rent for all apartments is water/sewer/trash/recycling and Wi-Fi. Sorry - we cannot accommodate pets or smoking.
Twelve-month lease then month to month with a 60-day notice. Rent increases a minimum of 3% and a maximum of 5% per year after the first year. First month's rent,
one month deposit (fully refundable) and a $195.00 non-refundable cleaning charge collected with the Lease. We do require a rental application and decent credit and references.
