The listing shows footage of the entire house, and the apartments obviously are only about 1/4 of the listed footage. The photos mislead that it is a two-storey apartment or house. The actual apartment is on one level and has stairs to walk up from the ground level. Finishings are as described and the apartment is new and in a great shape.
