The entire home is equipped with an Alarm System, however, usually not needed. Most of the time, tenants in Unit 1 and 2 are at home. Tenants are both on the elderly side and the building is very quiet. 98% of the time, tenants are home and fast to sleep at a certain time of night. Landlord does not live on site, but visits every now and then and sleeps in Apartment #4.
