Note that York St is a busier 2-lane road, but finding a spot is generally not an issue. Your parking space is labeled 3N. Situated just 3 blocks from Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens and 4 blocks from City Park, this apartment boasts a prime location. A 5-minute drive will take you to Sprouts Farmers Market, Ideal Market, Whole Foods, and King Soopers, while the Cherry Creek Shopping District is also just 5 minutes away. Downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi are a mere 12-minute drive, and Red Rocks is 30 minutes away. Ski resorts are accessible within 1 hour and 30 minutes. Nearby hospitals include St Joseph, Presbyterian St Luke's, and Rose, all within 7 minutes, and UC Health University of CO and Children's Hospital CO, 20 minutes away. The property is an easy 30 to 40-minute Uber ride from Denver International Airport, with a 10-15 minute Uber ride to anywhere in the city. The host controls central heat from two thermostats and heating zones for the building, while guests can control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. Our team is available during business hours (9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday) and after hours for emergencies. A lease agreement is required and will be e-signed upon booking to confirm your stay. We are dog-friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month. Please add your dog to the reservation to ensure pet rent is collected. Includes a work-from-home workspace in the den, perfect for remote work-friendly living.
