The Condo association charges a one time, nonrefundable fee of $170.00 to have your private phone number ring when someone is downstairs wishing entry to visit unit 401. If you chose that option the cost is added to your deposit and non-refundable. This unit is currently occupied by a long-term tenant, who is moving on to find a larger home with a yard area for her dog.
