Quiet hours are strictly observed from 10pm to 8am, and parties are not allowed in this property, including loud music, and there is a fee of $1000 if a party is discovered or if a neighbor complains of excessive noise. If an excessive mess is discovered after your stay, you will be charged accordingly on top of the standard cleaning fee, and you will be charged for stained or damaged sheets/towels. There is a $600 penalty for lost keys/clicker/fob. Do not alter any safety device. There is 1 security camera pointing at the door entrance, and blocking or disconnecting this device will lead to immediate termination of your stay with no refund. A rental agreement is required to be signed before receiving check-in instructions. All early check-in can be requested a day before the arrival date and it is subject to approval. The rate is $20 per hour before check-in time. Standard Check-in Time from Mon-Sat: is at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM during Sundays. Late check-out is subject to approval and must be notified in advance. Standard Check-Out Time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out at 11:00 AM costs $20.00. At 12:00 PM it costs $40.00.
