Up to two (3) cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Do not park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle.
