Radiant floor heating is controlled by a thermostat which can be programmed up to 75 degrees - A privacy-safe noise & smoke monitor is used in the apartment. It's camera-free and does not record any sound or listen to what anyone says or does, it simply tracks sound levels in the home. The device may not be removed and is a requirement in order for us to remain respectful tenants and neighbors at all times.
