It is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, galleries, cafes, restaurants, shops and countless recreational opportunities, all within easy walking distances. Locally-owned and managed, BABH is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom accommodation. The fully furnished apartment has all queen beds and each bedroom has a private bath. There is a Smart HDTV with soundbar, Netflix access and other streaming apps, computer with printer, and secure broadband Google Nest Wifi throughout. Additionally, there is on-site parking for 2-3 average sized motor vehicles. Per city licensing, it is limited to a maximum of 6 overnight guests and requires a 3-night minimum rental period. City of Laguna Beach Administrative Use Permit (AUP) No. 03-02. Short term rentals include all utilities and normal housekeeping/cleaning fees. Long term rentals, depending on the length of the negotiated rental period and pricing, include cable television, Wifi, trash collection and a fixed, monthly allowance for electricity, gas and water consumption. Utility use beyond the allowance will be paid outside the monthly rental fee.
