Nightly and weekly and monthly rates available. 3-night minimum rental. No city room tax (12%) on rental periods of 31 or more consecutive nights. Blue Agave Beach House (BABH), Laguna Beach, California, is a city-licensed property located on the ocean side of the Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) in the "HIP District" (Historical Interesting Places) . It is surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty, galleries, cafes, restaurants, shops and countless recreational opportunities, all within easy walking distances. Locally-owned and managed, BABH is a 3 bedroom/3 bathroom accommodation. The fully furnished apartment has all queen beds and each bedroom has a private bath. There is a Smart HDTV with soundbar, Netflix access and other streaming apps, computer with printer, and secure broadband Google Nest Wifi throughout. Additionally, there is on-site parking for 2-3 average sized motor vehicles. Per city licensing, it is limited to a maximum of 6 overnight guests and requires a 3-night minimum rental period. Please note that Blue Agave Beach House has a no-pets policy and is a shoeless household (inside) and is a non-smoking/vaping property (inside). Per our license, Blue Agave Beach House can not be used as an entertainment venue. Blue Agave Beach House is licensed by the City of Laguna Beach as Blue Agave Laguna (License No. 145183). City of Laguna Beach Administrative Use Permit (AUP) No. 03-02. Short term rentals include all utilities and normal housekeeping/cleaning fees. Long term rentals, depending on the length of the negotiated rental period and pricing, include cable television, Wifi, trash collection and a fixed, monthly allowance for electricity, gas and water consumption. Utility use beyond the allowance will be paid outside the monthly rental fee.
