At home, take in the views from the fire pit or the three patios with plenty of seating. Inside, there are amenities for up to six guests, a fully stocked kitchen, two living spaces, and an epic game room! Highlights include sweeping views of Beaver Lake and the Ozark Mountains, a large double-decker patio with a BBQ grill, lots of seating, a dining table, and a porch swing. A private patio off of the primary bedroom with seating, a fire pit with gorgeous views, and an epic game room with ping pong, foosball, darts, and more are also available. Enjoy a huge selection of board games, card games, and puzzles. The cozy main living room features huge windows overlooking the lake, and the second living space downstairs includes a large Smart TV. The home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms, with a king-size bed in two bedrooms and a queen bed in the third. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of three, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. The house is located in the small, rural town of Garfield and has views of Beaver Lake but no direct access from the house. The nearest beach is at Lost Bridge Marina, just 1.4 miles down the road. The house is located off a gravel road, and a 4-wheel drive is recommended. It is 18 miles from Downtown Rogers. There is no direct lake access from the house because its elevated location is too high. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM.
