The home boasts a Queen bed in the downstairs bedroom, a King bed in the master bedroom on the second floor with direct access to a second-level deck, and a third bedroom with a Queen bed and a bunk bed. Additional amenities include a pool table and a loft with games, ensuring entertainment for everyone.
Linens and towels are not provided but are available to rent at our office. Additional amenities include a gas grill, Wi-Fi, a pool table, a sandy beach, a dock, a mooring, a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. Coffee is available with a drip coffee maker.
Nestled on a sloping lot near the water, the property offers a sandy beach and a grassy yard, perfect for outdoor relaxation. While the firepit is not available, the dock and mooring provide ample opportunities for water activities.
The property has an occupancy limit of 8 and does not allow pets. There is a limit of 2 occasional day guests. Linens and towels are not provided but can be rented at our office.
