There is a separate shared laundry room which includes a full size washer and dryer for your use as well as unlimited free WIFI and Verizon Fios cable TV with movie channels. There is also a large outdoor patio area with dining for four and a gas BBQ. This is a rare commodity with a house so close to the beach! There are plenty of dining choices within walking distance so if you don't feel like cooking, head up to Highland Avenue to grab a bite to eat.
