Parking is limited to 2 compact cars per unit, with street parking available for additional vehicles. We welcome up to 2 small dogs per stay with a fee of $60 each. It's important that all dogs are declared in advance to ensure a smooth check-in and proper accommodations. Undeclared pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. Nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, this home is just under 10 minutes from Downtown Orlando. You'll have everything you need within walking distance, including bus stops, pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants, and banks. The neighborhood's central location ensures that various amenities are within a short drive. This private and well-insulated duplex shares walls and a ceiling with another unit, so you may hear some noise from neighboring guests. Quiet hours are from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, with late check-out potentially resulting in additional fees. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Please lock all doors when leaving the property and do not move furniture. Windows do not open, so please do not attempt to force them. The patio and parking areas are shared with other guests, so enjoy the outdoor areas while respecting everyone's space. Includes a small but functional desk space for remote work, equipped with Wi-Fi for seamless connectivity. A laptop computer is not included.
