    The apartment itself is small but decent/ well kept. The hallways aren’t very pleasant. Units seem far enough apart to keep tenants from disturbing eachother. I feel like they’re a bit pricey for size & quality. The provided appliances are nice. If they had room enough to include washer & dryer in the units it could match the price they ask for. All in all they’re decent for a foot in to save & transition into something better
