Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels and use them only for their intended purposes. Any makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain the towels/bedsheets will result in additional charges. Guests should avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products and are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest, as the housekeeping team will wash all the laundry. Don't miss the chance to experience the captivating charm and lively atmosphere of The Warehouse District. Parking is located on the street closest to the building entrance on Pecan Street. Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is strictly at 11AM unless a late check-out is previously confirmed. Any unscheduled late check-out is subjected to a late check-out fee of $20/hr USD. If an unscheduled late check-out exceeds two hours, the guest will be charged for the base rate of the room for the day without discounts. The occupancy limit for this property is 2 and any additional guest on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing. Broken, damaged, or missing items will result in additional charges. No parties or events are allowed. Please be respectful of other tenants living on the property, so no loud noises are allowed between 10pm-8am. No unregistered guests, pets (unless it is a service animal with documentation), illegal activities, or weapons of any kind are allowed. Do not re-arrange indoor and outdoor furniture. Guests should immediately report any malfunctioning items, but all damages or missing items will need to be paid for before departure. If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable and courteous guest would leave it, an additional cleaning fee of $100 will be charged. There is a $200 fee if you violate the no-smoking policy inside or on the property, a $20/hr early check-in/late check-out fee, a $300 smart lock replacement fee if the smart lock equipment is damaged, and a $100 lost key from lockbox fee.
