Each of the three bedrooms comes with its own TV for your private viewing pleasure. The first bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, the second a fun bunk bed set, and the third another cozy queen bed. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need (excluding consumables). The bathroom features a sleek shower/tub insert for your convenience. In the partially finished basement, you'll find a welcoming lounging area with a TV and a large fold-down couch, perfect for extra guests or just hanging out. A laundry room is situated in the basement on the unfinished side, separated by standing dividers. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. Smoking inside will incur a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, while smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 fee applies for late check-out without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean. Hot tub cleanliness is important, with a $250 fine for violations. Follow the hot tub rules: use beach towels only, no food or drinks, and no glass around the hot tub. Respect neighbors by keeping noise levels down and turn off jets after use. Unauthorized gatherings or guests will result in immediate vacating of the property without refund. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt.
