Before viewing the apartment I spoke to the landlord/manager and told him the apartment was for 2(me and my husband). He then scheduled a viewing and as soon as we walked in he told us the price is $1995.00. I responded that the advertisement said $1895.00. He then said it’s because it was for 2 people. He should have told me that from our first conversation. After viewing the apartment I asked him how do we apply. His response was that he already have 6 applications so if those doesn’t work out he will contact us to apply and it should take about 2 weeks. The entire experience I felt like he didn’t want us as tenants. I felt judge from the moment he saw us.
