The spacious kitchen is fully equipped to cook and prepare your favorite dishes. All bedrooms are built to provide a comfortable night's sleep. Check out the lovely backyard with outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy. Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital key. From the entryway, the living room is straight ahead, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen and one bedroom are to the left, and the additional four bedrooms are down the hall to the right. A Pack-N-Play and vacuum are available upon request. This is a pet-friendly home with a fee. This home is conveniently located in a residential area with easy access to major highways and interstates, and is only 15 minutes from downtown. Uber, Lyft, and other taxis are available, but driving is encouraged! Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. You must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
