Pets welcome with our approval and a refundable deposit of $250. Unfurnished house includes range with oven and stovetop, microwave, and refrigerator. Renter pays gas, electric and wifi. Water, within reasonable use, sewer and trash pick-up are included. Lease is for 6 months and may be renewed. Renters Insurance proof must be presented at time of rental. It is a no smoking home. Tenant is responsible for pick up of any pet waste, and must keep the property free of debris and any vehicles not being used. Tenant must take out trash and recycling during pick up day. Pets welcome with our approval.
