Lease agreement & Addendums are basic terms including Non-smoking , No Pets, and other basic operational issues. Rent includes WSG, tenant pays for electric and cable services. In order to maintain your unit the property manager is the "Key for working out problems", and will be your go to person for any compliants and maintenance issues.
