Renters Insurance is not required but strongly recommended. Any vehicles parked at the unit must have a current and valid tag and registration at all times or it will be towed at vehicle owner's expense. While pets are not allowed, reasonable accommodations for Service Animals or Emotional Support Animals can be made when requirements and information are met including proof of current rabies vaccine, Leash Law adherence at all times, proof from your current and in-person doctor on official letterhead concerning your specific animal and diagnosis and the part the animals plays in it, etc.
