Owner pays utilities =electric, water, and sewer. Tenant is responsible to purchase Propane which will be for the oven/stove and a gas grill if they have one. I believe it will be maybe bi-monthly. It depends on usage. Owner will have grass mowed and will have maintenance handled. Tenant will be responsible for insuring to keep their area free of trash and debris and report any maintenance issues immediately via email. I do recommend renters insurance. No smoking inside unit.
