Close 5 minute drive to Carolina Beach Boardwalk, Carolina Beach State Park, and many restaurants and shops. Owner resides nearby. Landlord pays for utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash, internet) including yard maintenance. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all interior areas, including decks, and $500 fee will be charged to tenant if violated. Maximum occupancy 8 people. Tenant responsible for putting trash and recycling cans out for weekly trash collection. Tenant to observe "quiet hours" of 10:00pm through 8:00am.
