This spacious home boasts six bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, each equipped with comfortable beds, private balconies, and en-suite bathrooms stocked with all your toiletry needs. Unwind in the jacuzzi tub located in the primary retreat. The home can accommodate up to 16 guests, with a converted garage cinema room for entertainment. The sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed on the first floor, another king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a twin over twin bunk bed on the third floor, and two queen-size beds on the second floor, with additional rooms opening for larger groups. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for groups of more than six guests, with a charge of $39 per guest per night. The fifth and sixth bedrooms will be opened for groups of eight and ten guests respectively. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Located in a quiet, central Houston neighborhood, this area offers easy access to local dining, shopping, and entertainment. It's perfect for those seeking a relaxing atmosphere while still being close to the city's vibrant areas, like the Heights. The neighborhood combines suburban comfort with urban convenience, making it ideal for both short-term stays and extended visits. Nearby attractions include The Heights Theater, Memorial Park, and the Downtown Aquarium, all within a short drive. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine if violated. Smoking is allowed outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. The pool is not heated, and pool lights are currently out of service. The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer and once a week during the rest of the year. Security cameras are installed at the front door and garage, recording 24/7 for your safety. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10 a.m. max. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. Any violation of house rules may result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
