If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times.
