The location is great--across the street from Jaycee park with tennis and basketball courts, down the street from Frontier Park, close to F.E. Warren Air Force Base and I-25 access, and central to downtown. It is in a quiet, 6-unit apartment building with quiet neighbors. The stairs leading down to the apartment are steep, but there is also access to that apartment through the garage with fewer stairs. Owner pays water, sewer, and trash; tenant pays gas and electric. No pets, no smoking. We don't accept section 8.
