One feels far away but all the fun and necessities are 15 minutes from the ranch gate. No smoking. Good credit. One year lease minimum. Utilities are included. Renter pays for TV/Internet service also there is service available on the ranch to share. This is a NO SMOKING or OPEN FIRE property as per Cal Fire. This is not a party house.
